The business units are: Chemicals, Materials, Industrial Solutions, Surface Technologies, Nutrition & Care, Agricultural Solutions. You reinforce the market leadership of BASF in partnership with marketing and logistics.
As Key Account Manager or Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process for a selected regional or global customer portfolio and you build up and maintain long-term customer relationships. Your activities are led by the department strategy and vary from market analysis, new customer acquisition and quality control of products and solutions to negotiating delivery agreements and implementing after-sales measures.
From the Dutch head office in Arnhem, various service departments like HR, Communications, Finance and Real Estate - Facility Management & Security support the various locations in the Netherlands. Together we ensure that our colleagues in the different locations have the right resources to perform optimally.
