Our offer

We take care of our employees

Besides offering a healthy working environment and development opportunities at an international company, we also ensure that you can rely on the right mix of terms of employment. For example, we ensure that we are attractive as a global player as well as a local employer.

Salary

BASF offers a competitive monthly salary compared to other leading, internationally operating chemical companies. The salary structure at BASF Nederland is based on a fixed and a variable remuneration component. The salary structure corresponds with the BASF Job Grading System.

Target Bonus

Every employee is eligible for variable remuneration. BASF uses the term Target Bonus: the variable component of the remuneration that is linked to individual performance and the collective performance of the BASF group. This bonus depends on your job and amounts to between 5 and 25% of an annual salary. This is a nice bonus which continues to motivate our employees every year.

Thirteenth month

The thirteenth month is an annual payment which BASF pays its employees. In November, the employee receives a 13th month over the corresponding calendar year. The thirteenth month totals 1 gross monthly salary.
