Innofil3D produces high-quality 3D printing filament for demanding makers and professional 3D printer users. We offer a very broad range of products that are available worldwide. The emphasis lies on engineering materials for industrial applications. The production and office are located at the Emmtec Industry and Business Park in Emmen. We have been part of BASF since 2017.

Function profile

The 3D printing industry is young, dynamic and growing very fast. lnnofil3D has been part of this industry since 2012 and is part of BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany. Our organisation develops, produces and globally sells 3D printing filaments for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications.

  • You will develop the use cases with customers based on existing and new products to increase direct sales.
  • Furthermore, you will prepare meetings, project plans as well as presentations and identify business opportunities in cooperation with the marketing and sales team.
  • You will coordinate and communicate with Marketing, Sales, R&D and Application Technology Centers.
  • In addition, you will execute customer projects together with 3DPS Multi Project Managers (m/f/d).
Function requirements
  • You successfully obtained a degree in Engineering or Economics and you have gained work experiences for at least 5 years in the tooling industry, industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably, you have knowledge in FFF-3D-printing with polymer materials and experience in dealing with customers (m/f/d), so that you are able to translate customer requirements into material specifications.
  • You have excellent English and good German language skills, so that you can approach new contacts, make connections with ease and secure new prospects.
  • On a personal level, you are impressive for your highly developed negotiation techniques, innovative working style and strong ability to come up with solutions and achieve successes as part of a team as well as commercial attitude.
  • You are willing to travel within Europe about 50% of your time. This means you will be located in Heidelberg for one week a month. In addition you have other meetings with costumers within Europe.

Procedure

  • The procedure consists of a total of 2 interviews.
  • The 1st interviews will take place on Tuesday the 7th or Thursday the 9th of May.
  • The 2nd interviews will take place on Tuesday the 14th or Thursday the 16th of May.
  • An assessment may be part of the procedure.
