Innofil3D B.V is a wholly owned subsidiary of BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH with structures similar to those of a start-up. We serve our customers in the automotive, aerospace and consumer goods industry, within a dynamic market. We build the business in materials, system solutions, components and services in the 3D printing segment and work closely with the global research platforms and application technicians of BASF.

Function profile

The 3D printing industry is young, dynamic and growing very fast. lnnofil3D has been part of this industry since 2012 and is part of BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany. Our company is developing, producing and globally selling 3D printing filaments for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications. You will:

  • Define methods and conduct activities around those filaments, to identify the customer’s needs together with the sales team.
  • Assess competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Set the product strategy and prioritize accordingly.
  • Define the release process and create product roadmaps from ideation through launch.
  • Coordinate all the activities around product launches.
  • Work closely with Application Technology and Research & Development departments to ensure that teams have all the information they need to deliver a complete product to the market.
  • Create content for promotional materials, white papers, brochures etc.
  • Proactively evaluate yourself, identify areas for development and continuously improve your skill set.

Function requirements
  • You have obtained a degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Preferably, you also have an MBA from a reputable university.
  • You have gained experience in product management at industrial companies.
  • You preferably have experience in FFF-3D printing.
  • Furthermore, you have knowledge of thermoplastics processing.
  • You can take initiative and lead cross functional teams.
  • You have excellent English skills. Dutch and German language skills are preferred.
  • On a personal level, you impress us with your highly developed interpersonal skills, innovative working style and strong ability to come up with solutions and achieve successes as part of a team.
